The retaining walls within the central wadi area needed protection against water ingress and hydrostatic pressure buildup. Exposure to transient backfill moisture and elevated groundwater levels posed the risk of water penetration through structural joints or minor wall imperfections.

The composite membrane adapts to complex wall surfaces, filling irregularities and adhering to structural contours without damages. Engineered to resist high puncture forces, it withstands mechanical and hydraulic stresses from retained soil and water pressure.
